In Rugeley, work has started to transform a former power station site to deliver almost 400 affordable homes. Thirty-eight new homes for social rent and shared ownership are also being built off Cedars Drive in Shrewsbury, along with 31 homes in听Gobowen听and 15 fully wheelchair accessible homes in Telford.听听
